Puncture help?!

hiya, i bought some brand spanking new toyo proxes just a month ago and i got a puncture in one of em, when i took it to quick fit they found it was a drill bit!, and they said the hole was 2 big to patch, but its only like 8 or 9 mm wide!,
is there anything i can do to save this tyre, i pulled out the drill bit (which i suspect was from my renault dealer when i handed the car in for a cam belt change... b****** charge me 370 and pop my tyre) and the whole tyre deflated.

im ordering another one but it seems a waste to chuck a tyre which still has the rememants of the sticker glue on it and has only done 140 miles.

Not a lot you can do with that 9mm is nearly a centimetre that is a big hole to patch. I wouldn't take the chance on the other hand though where did you buy them from as some companys will sell you another for half price I think if they have done so little miles and have a puncture.
