purchasin new car help please

My m8 is looking to purchase an mk2 1.2 8v with 60k on the clock. Hes getting it for 1800 is this a bargain? Its been hit at the back and doesn’t have a full service history, but we know this guy very well and he is a next door neighbour of a friend. He is a mechanic so he bought the car and has been repairing the back ever since he got it. My mate who works for Renault inspected it and said all the parts are near enough brand new. The car hadn’t been started up for 1 and a half years and it started up perfectly. Hes also adding 182 full leather interior seats to it lol even though the car is 8v is the price sound good?

forget it - 8v Clios with this mileage are about as common and cheap as McD wrappers in hedges!
