Push Email?

I've got a few clients using windows mobiles and push email. While roaming the UK everything is working ok but when the clients are somewhere like Germany they stop getting the email? Is there something I'm missing on the setup? or is it just down to O2 to sort out?

and be aware that the phone companies will charge the earth for roaming data connections.

O2 charges £2.50 per meg for Western Europe (and £6 for the rest of the world) on business tarrifs.

It'll work off http so they would need web access on the device whilst roaming and also the device woul dneed to be able to connect to the 'website' of the server, so possibly dns issues there (the latter is unlikely though).

HTTPS strictly speaking

I agree with those who say data services need to be switched on while roaming.
Also, could the cellular line modem settings be the problem? They will be configured to use the phone operator in this country by default.

I suppose, but most folk would use HTTPS for this.
I don't think I've ever known anyone not to.
