Putting engine back in, having a few problems

So anyway after over 2 months of not having an engine in my car i set about re-fitting it this weekend. So when i got round to connecting all the wires i had forgotten where most went lol.

So first i have this one, was near my rad fan plugs.

Then it came to brake vac, there seemed to be 2 places it could go on back of the plenum, have i put it in the right one? Whats the other one for?

Then i noticed what i think was a sensor in the side of the plenum had snapped off, what sensor was it?

I know the orange big plug is for the fan but what is the 3 pin purple triangle one for?

Tried running it anyway, ran shortly then cut out, plugs are very black and sooty.

There was also these, the small one on the left there are 2 identical, i know one goes into the top of the rocker cover (think that is VVT sensor) where does the other one and 3 pin plug go? (maybe one goes on that broken sensor on inlet plenum)

Grey plug in the first pic is the PAS sensor.

purple 3 pin is the AC pressure sensor in the condensor

That is a 182 plenum, and the port goes to the carbon canister.

The pas sensor is already plugged in so its not that, but looking at parts I took off found its from acoustic valve. Air con condenser is gone so that's why I can't find that lol and same with the carbon condenser that's gone so blocked that off, replaced the map sensor and she be purring now just need to put everything else back together now.
