Have you at any time had you handbrake and brake warning lights ever come up whilst driving? My have done it occasionally over the past few months, and when i checked my brake fluid level it was at the bottom of the resevior. Since ive topped it up the lights havent come on, but do you think its normal to loose this fluid even though ive only done about 6k in my car from new?? (a hard 6k though!).

Other then when I forgot to let the damn handbrake off LOL.
I have never lost a drop of brake fluid Steve.
My Lexus had the same problem just a month ago though. The cap wasnt screwed on correctly and I was pushing the fluid out when braking.
The dealer is very very nice to me now.

MY old V6 always used to do that ... well after it went round the Nurburgring anyway .. garage could see nothing wrong ... and of course it would never bloody do it when the drove it.
