What was the effect on your insurance, if any? Did your premium go up with your exterior mods declared?

Just wondering as I've come into abit of money, and seeing as insurance would rape me on anything remotely worth upgrading for, I was considering going down the rep route, keeping it mint and possibly keeping hold of it even when I do buy a new car.

mine went up by £80 or so as the classes the whole 172 kit as a bodykit and the interior aswell,

but they didnt charge anything for the coilover so that was a bonus

and that was with tesco
