Question On My Clio?

Alright. Im new here so go easy
Just brought a 1.2 clio.
Its an X reg Grande.

Whats the best oil to use in it? 5w30?
And is the filter the element type or the canaster?

Any help is apreciated.

i struggled to find 5w30 but i think mine was 10w30 i was told there was very little difference. try search too.
