Quick Import Question

Hi all, been registered here for a while and drooling over the pics of your cars for ages. Now ive finally decided to get myself one im looking a little bit of advice.
Fancy a 182 FF with both cup packs, (doesn't everyone? )
Im planning on viewing a couple this weekend but want to know the easiest way of telling whether the car is an import or not?
Ive had a search through the forum and couldnt dig much up, however found some interesting buyers advice, cheers!

nice 1 bud , prices will vary a bit due to mileages , trying to find the good one may take time .....so dont jump in

No alarm, other things to. but can't remember.

no etching on the windows and no locking wheel nut

Remember in essence they are all imports.

As long as the car has the full warranty remaining then there is no real difference.

Most have alarms fitted properly at time of import lol

What exactly do you mean by etching on the windows?

Yeah ive been looking constantly, hoping to get one off the forum that has been well looked after!

They have like security numbers etched into the bottom of the windows.
