Quick iTunes Help

For some reason best known to itself, iTunes has decided to split 1 album into 3 catergories all under the same album - If that makes sense? I have a couple of tracks under 1, a couple of tracks under another, and the remaining tracks under a 3rd.

All the information looks the same to me.

Am I missing something completely stupid here, or is there anyway to refresh, or scrap the existing info and start again without uploading the CD again?
