Im going to get sum paint to spray my bump strips tomorrow, and i dont know what colour to get.

would i just get:
White primer
regular black paint
laquer

or is there any specific colour to get etc.

No, you'll need the proper colour of your car, which is Pearl Black, can't remember the colour code. That's after stuff like sandpaper etc.
