Quick question on springs....

I have some 45mm lowering springs that fit on a 1.5 diesel...
I am right in thinking they will fit a 1.2 16v...

hmmmm why are 1.5 standard springs different to 1.2s

Because the cars are different weights.

they wont lower it 45mm on a 1.2 either, so pointless....

The diesel lump is somewhat heavier than the 1.2 petrol so using springs from a 1.5 diesel wont give the correct ride height at the front.
