Quick Question

Hi, just bought a 1400 RT S' reg clio

At idle the lights are flickering and the exhaust note raising and lowering

I think it may be the idling speed too slow?




This seem to be the right problem?
or any other reason it could be?

if so, how do I adjust the idle speed?

could be a battery/alternator problem

or wiring problem/loose wire

think you can adjust the idle by twisting the knob thing at the end of the throttle cable
