whats your average going rate for a decent 172 cup and a ff nowadays?

Depends what age and milages you can pick them up for £6k or so. There one on the trader for £5k with 95k on it.
You can pick phase 1's up for even less there one up for £3.2k with 80k its been up for some time as well and thats trade price.

Yeah around £6k for a cup. Not sure you'd get a minter for that though, prob depends on where your based/prepared to travel to
