Quick Re Paint

WOuld the Hammermite i used to paint my callipers be okay to paint parts in the engine bay? Fuel gaurd rail etc...

Or is it easier buy/use a high temp spray paint?

Eaier to use a spray can mate. No brush marks.

I used it on the Plenum of my Cup, I had the fuel rail guard blasted, but didn't want to damage the seals on the plenum. You can take them off and give them a couple of coats...job done.

Would you recommend painting it on the car or taking parts off?

How easy is it to remove things?

If you take the inlet manifold/plenum off you're more than likely going to have to replace the intake gaskets.

I sprayed mine whilst it was still fitted and just made sure I'd secured newspaper to cover the rest of the engine bay.

Think il just go with that. Dont want to go feckin about with things that may go bust.

Will give it a bash over the weekend depending on the weather and post up pics.
