quick sky question

do sky have there own phoneline now. or do you still have to go through a BT line rental to get sky internet..ect? thanks

You can get your phone line through Sky now fella. However, you don't need to take this to get Sky Broadband.

Mine is all through Sky, net, tv, phoneline. They subcontract the install out to BT but everything is billed through them and you don't have an additional line rental to BT.

^^^Which Broadband product do you have?

I'm on the Connect one and it was slow as stop - turns out there was a fault with my BT line which has been fixed. Also, by adding microfilters onto every phone point that is in use I have now managed to get a better speed.

I thought adding a microfilter to every active phone point was required with broadband?
