Quick warranty question

Before I vistit the dealers I need to know, are problems with the ESP/traction control covered under warranty in a 20month old 182?

I had probs with my TCS switch etc, was all sorted under warranty!

Bloody well should be!! They will probably tell you otherwise but dont have it. 20month old car. Defo covered!
