Quick wiring question.....

My current Head unit is soldered directly onto the wires as it was pre iso!

I am going to but a new HU and was wondering how i should connect it, should i just but a clio iso adaptor and cut the clio end off. or is there an easier way? (mk1 btw)

sounds best way to me yep at least you''ll have right amount of cables etc, id resolder all new c'nections too.

sure ive seen a lead somewhere that is just wires on an iso? cant seem to find one though, will prob just do the above. Ill re-solder it all.

yeah get a female iso to bare wires connector.

then just use some insulated through crimps

You dont know where has any do you? (the connector)
Just going to solder and electrical tape it.

hellfrauds should have the iso connector and crimps(loads easier)

yeah but surely that will fit the oem radio not an after market one
