Quite concerned

U may have seen the recent threads by jackpilk.

I offered some advice to jackpilk on the other thread going.
My throttle body caused mine to either hold the revs about 3k or completley stall whilst driving along.
I replaced the throttle body off a breaker and had no issues since.
Did my throttle body just go? Or was it caused by an underlying probelm? Im now worried my car might be a ticking time bomb.

Different problems imo.

It is a different problem, i never said my engine was in bits. My question was, was my problem being caused by by something else that may be on its way out. Eventually leaving my engine nakered

Not imo no like i said different problems. Your problem was electrical whereas it looks like jacks is mechanical. I wouldn't worry mate.

Im not mechanically minded to be fair mate, just worried me abit thats all.
Is there anyway to tell if something like is going to?
