R-Tuner problems....

I bought a car (Clio C57D 1.8 16v) a few years ago with one of these fitted, never been able to use it though as it seems locked out. I have the software disc and interface.
Anyone else used one/still has one in use?

Do you mean RS tuner? if so, what do you mean fitted? you do not "fit" it, you upload new maps to your ECU via a laptop and then unplug it. If it has been used on a different car prior to yours and hasnt been unlocked since, then you will need to get it unlocked by henk, costs about 55 euros. does that answer your questions?

Did mine the other day and it has made the car feel so much better

No, not RS Tuner.
The R-Tuner was an earlier deal, for Clio 1 F7R type engine ecu.
It is a chip that is remappable via the sqaure diag port of the Clio 1.

i really dont think any one here would of used it bud, it was all of the shelf chips and now its ecu reflashes. give henk an email hes been helpfull when ive needed info
