R19 Skirts on Valver

I have seen a few Clio 16vs with R19 skirts on lately, theres one in the for sale section.

Any one know how these are fitted to a Clio?

Surely they will need cutting down, and what about the rear arch bulging out slightly?

i would have thought the 19 skirts are longer and would need modifying to fit.
