R5 turbo flushing

As above i know its not a clio but im doing a project car up and need direction on how to flush the cooling system so if anyone can help will be most grateful
and i have asked RTOC aswell just waiting for a response

Just run some coolent flush through the sytem, take it for a quick drive so the coolent is hot and running around the engine?

Drain and refil..

but how do you drain it???

take bottom hose off rad????
