Did you ever use the older R888 before?

I've been doing a LOT of research into the new Rs and it seems a lot if not most people don't rate them as much as the older R888. Especially when used as an intermediate (damp) tyre.

Nah I've never tried the older ones. I've read similar reviews as you have to be fair but not enough consistent/reliable reviews to make me cough up the money for the older design.

I've ran the R888r on a few of my cars now mind, one of those being the 340bhp turbo, LSD diff, AST coilovers etc etc and I never felt the tyres were letting the car down :blush:
