Does any one know where the best place is to get a external antenna as ive just brought a snooper s3 for my 172 ?

Mate, if you are hard-wiring the GPS antenna into the car then i would put it under the plastic cover in front of the windscreen (access through engine comp). One of my mates who owns his own ICE intallation company put mine there and it always gives a good signal on my Road Angel 2... plus, wires are very well hidden....
