Radiator meets Hare.

My old renault clio needs a new radiator.
I was doing 70 down a country road (national speed limit), and a hare ran out of nowhere,
and before I could hit the brakes, I hit the thing.
Now my radiators got a rip in it.
How much would it cost to get it replaced? (its also broken the bracket).

Oh, and my engine won't start.
Turns over, just wont start, at all.. Ideas?

errr, all i can say is expect to pay through the teeth, rad wil be around £100 and then the brackets, and then wot ever else and then labor of about £100 lol but i bet the garage find more wrong with it lol,

national speed limit on a sinlge track country raod is 60 not 70

sorry to hear bout the rad though
it may not start as there may be a pressure sensor to stop it running if you dont have enough water in.

try some local suppliers im sure you could get a rad for about 65 quid, try german swedish and french.

does your car has a fuel cut switch when it detects an impact it cuts the fuel pump to prevent a big fire, it a small bump it often needs resetting. normally a button somewhere in the engine bay around the bulk head area.
