radio code doesn't work

disconnected my battery over the weekend and when I reconnected I got the radio asking for the code.

Fine, jump on the website and do the code finder on here to get the code, put in the details, get the code, enter the code . . . beep . . . asking for code still!

I tried a couple of ways of getting the code, all the sites and programs come out with the same code I got first time, and I have tried it quite a few times and it doesn't work!

any ideas on this?

that or your radio now has an internal fault.

I've tried 9958 :/ stupid radio!! I was going to get a newer headunit at some point, but didn't want to have to replace the disc changer . . christmas humbug

Think u can still use the disc changer with a lot of aftermarket stuff

resolved by using my mates old clio head unit . . . I think the old one is gone the way of the dodo
