radio error codes

Hi Have just brought a clio 197 with an error on the radio no book packs or codes ???

Somebody has probably entered the wrong code too many times, and it’s locked out.
It may reset after being left on for up to 30 minutes (then you will need to enter the correct code to get it working) but if not you’ll need to get it unlocked at a Renault dealer.
