Radio interferance click when muted?

When i turn the volume right down just before the sound goes off, there is a click in the cpeakers, pretty lound also. This happens when you turn the sound off and when i mure the radio. ALso when changing the DAB Digital radio stations it clicks.

It is a Blaupunkt Woodstock 54 ad its fitted to my Clio 182.
