Standard radio? Aftermarket radio? The cage pops out? just the actual radio bit pops out?

its an aftermarket sony radio, i had a tunerlist one in there previously, and it just seems that when i think its in and fitting, one quick pull out and its back out again=[, it seems to have some slight gaps either side of the cage itself maybe put something down ther to hold it im not sure?

The cage will have small metal tabs all over it. You're supposed to bend those tabs outwards to hold the cage in place.
