Rail Sensor Error Detected? Anyone had/know of this?

Just had my clio hooked up to a little computer thing,

it then said there was an unknown error and this error

"Rail Sensor"

Anyone know anythin about it?

Yeah its a the common rail sensor I wouldn't worry about it mate.

Is the car running funny atall? I'd get them to clear the fault & see if it comes back

The car has A LOT of trouble starting,

Immobiliser light doesnt go out for ages and sometimes i get an orange spring that comes on with a flashing red engine light that says stop!

Cleared the fault and then re tested it and it was still the same!

Do you wait for the glow plug light to go out?

Check your glow plugs aren't shot. Quick way to test them is put a test light/lenth of wire on the + of the battery then tap the top of them.

Had new plugs put in recently before the new engine went into it!
