Rain sensor

Afternoon,

So in my wisdom of stripping my clio i cut the cable to the rain sensor and lost the end with the plug on it.

What effect does it actually have to the wipers? And could it be whats causing the SERV light to be on as no fault codes on Rstuner?

Won't be causing service light as far as I know. Will make wipers have normal intermittent setting

It does cause the service light to come on. Mine came on after I disconnected it the other day!
It also just stops the intermittent/auto setting doing anything.

Ahh well I learnt something today!

I covered mine with a sunstrip and it made it only intermittent

Where does the other end go to? Is it the green plug or have i cut the wires if so what colour? Does anyone know?

Why do i rush into things!! Lol

Goes into the connector block next to the left tweeter under the top dash.

You can get the replacement loom from a breaking 182.
