Raise suspension on 172.

Hi.

Recently bought a clio 172 for road rallying. Great car but a bit low. Anyone have any tips to raise the front an inch or so? Maybe even the back by an inch too?

It's running standard 182 shocks and springs. Someone suggested diesel springs?

Think I've heard of using diesel springs, think they're higher and tougher.

Does anyone know which model the diesel springs would come off, how much higher they are and how hard they are compared to standard Clio 182?

Any of the 1.5dci's. The diesels were all on par with the rest of the non sports for ride height. So just look up any non sport Clio to get an idea.

You'll probably ruin the handling though because they're a lot softer than the 182 springs. I'd personally look into getting custom springs made up.
