Random specks of 'dew' all over the car

  Suzuki Ignis Sport
Parked my car underneath a tree, and went back to it just now, and its full of specks of some sort of dew that probably came from the tree!

So annoying! Looks like over spray of lacquer, but luckily isn't coz it comes off!

Going to have to clean the car again tomorrow!

i cleaned my car last week and then it rained a couple days later ...however i managed to refrain from posting about it on here. i can't possibly imagine how angry you'd have got at that tho lol

Its not rain u pillock or water! its stuff from the trees, probably sap then

I once had a little dew on my car so I opened the window and shouted "Oi, f**k off back to Israel"

Anyway, happened to me after leaving my car over night under a tree. The whole car was absolutely covered in it. Was horrid and wasn't looking forward to cleaning it but it just washed off a piece of piss with just a hose.

haha calm down sunshine!

Yeah i meant due but duno which of the two it is!

Dew is water in the form of droplets that appears on thin, exposed objects in the morning or evening. As the exposed surface cools by radiating its heat, atmospheric moisture condenses at a rate greater than that at which it can evaporate, resulting in the formation of water droplets.

:nono:

Ok whatever, i used the wrong term, but if u read my OP it blatantly states that i knew it was coming from the tree.

LOL!

I know what you're on about Hazza, have to park near trees at my house, annoying having the car spotlessly clean come back out in the morning and it's covered in sticky crap.

Thats exactly what it is! Any recommendations of getting it off?

Or is it a case of cleaning it again?

... and therefore cleaning it?

You've answered your own question... you need to clean it.

Well when i think of cleaning, i think of getting a sponge out and cleaning it by hand.

But if i just get a hose out and water the car down, thats not cleaning. thats just hosing it down?
