random wire in my passenger arch

when messing with my leaky washer jets earlier i found this random wire/hose in my passenger arch, there doesnt seem to be wire inside it just wanted to see if anyone can shed some light on it, its the one on the far right that comes down into the arch

Its an overflow drain for the battery.

ahh thanks, one last thing, any idea where its meant to clip to properly ?
