Rattle at 3-4k revs

As title says really. Nasty loud rattle between those revs. Have had a look for heat sheild but cant see one. What else could it be?

Baffles
Loose clamp

Could literally be anything.

Which end?

My 182 style exhaust used to rattle on my bumper at certain revs. I realigned it with some cable ties, and now it rattles against the spare wheel well at different revs!

The rattle is coming from the middle to front end of the car. Defo underneath as well

sounds like the catalyst has gone i would prob get a garage to have a check for you to be sure

This. My cat did exactly the same, my centre section also developed a rattle as well. Worth looking in to
