Rattle from possibly clutch ?

I have a rattle noise in 2,3,4,5. It get louder the higher the gear and the more revs.
​It sounds like a shaky rattly noise but is only when the gear is in-gear and driving.
When driving if you put the clutch down a touch it gets slightly louder

Any input appreciated, Thanks guys !
