Rattle/Knock

So many of these threads as we all have rattles and knocks from our beloved Clio's :evil:

I fitted some Coilovers about 2 months ago and since then and getting progressively worse (I think) I have a rattle noise from the Rear Quarter on the Drivers Side, Kinda sounds like a weight on the Seat Belts has come loose or something :S

I'm not very good at describing but it just sounds like somethings is wobbly or loose,

Anyone had this or know what it could possibly be? It's very irritating
