Rattly seat belt covers

I have a standard 182 sound system apart from the head unit. It's pretty crap but at the moment it's not worth me upgrading as the speakers will do, but the driver and front passenger seat belt covers (the plastic part behind the doors that covers the seat belt) rattle like crazy when even the smallest amount of bass is playing. If I put pressure on it the vibration stops and the sound is fine, so they need to be held still somehow.

Is there a well known cure for this on CS? I've searched and found out about anti vibration pads, but not sure how they'd be fitted to this plastic part?

I even thought about screwing down the plastic but since it covers the seatbelt I'm not so keen!
