I know the place dude lol at the ghetto, i'm sure i've seen your car a few times next to the vicking centre parked on a drive way, there's not a lot of cliosport's in south shields so when i see one i get all excited lmao. Great gym imo no fancy shite there for ponce's just hardcore sweat and blood lol.

I used to see a blue 172 cup parked on the drive of a house opposite the paper shop next to the viking centre, lmfao smack rat's guarding the car's. I've got a few pal's from york ave al keep my eye's peeled for it. Be prepared if you see me you will recieve the old beep beep flash flash only for the fellow rs owner's lol. That's the one dude i can't stand the roid head's there's one that get's to jarrow cc and he's like johnny bravo lmfao

Yeah totally the funny thing is he's massive but he can't even lift much and when he does he end's up sitting down afterward's holding his chest lol, yeah it's the same at jarrow cc the wee nipper's come in all the time abd they've got no idea what they are doing but tbh kid's have got no where to got these day's.

I totally agree i hate the place i kinda live in no man's land boardering simonside, brockley whins and biddick and tbh matey i have 1 crack head watching my car they are more allert lmao. I'm sure i know that rollie he's got an allotment in jarrow and alway's comes in with shovel's and bag's of home grown veggies lol he's strong for an old dude. Do you know where the new mill is ? i'm right next to there facing onto the john reid road. Lmfao there's load's of young one's there and poser's but i've got it sussed from 10:00 to 14:00 it's empty or just a few head's which suit's me fine you go to the gym to work out not socialise.

That's the one matey i'm on the whiteleas side, no it's car detailing tomorow most of my day will be spent on the car lol prob's have a fly through to my lady friend's when i'm done or a blast on the computer gran turismo 4 was mentioned on here yesterday so i dug it out and it's still awesome lol
