Really stupid question ... Pressure!

So hangs head in shame for the abuse I may well recieve!!

I have looked in my booklets but no where does it say what pressure to put in the tyres?

Can anyone help ... it only states every other model but mine!!!

Its a 182 Cup .. ??

Tyre info is 205/45ZR16 83W

i shove 30 in all round.....

I do 32 front, 30 rears or 33 front, 31 rears...as to cope with the extra weight of the engine
