I really fancied a yozza race system for my car, but after the shenanigans of the group buy i have decided to look else were.

i have settled on a a new OMP Inxo system for the 172, can't wait for it to turn up!

Other peoples thoughts on this system?

all about prefrence, ive had 2 pipers and liked them both, but then i wouldht have a yozza one as they are made by jp (well were) and ive had bad experiences with them ( not clio systems)

at the end of the day its what you prefer

If you have managed to find one you wont be disappointed. it's loud though.... 100db @ 5k rpm loud...

As per Fred, I messed about for years with other exhausts, then I got a Yozza, the quality is 2nd to none, amazing exhausts. took longer to take off the old system than to fit the Yozza and get the car off the ramps lol

Smashing idea. New exhaust and having to cut it down! Sign me up!

brand new tube...yea that's true. Well...we 'll talk to OMP to make it shorter....... with a grinder !!!

Sorry for the off,
but i' m guessing that profiles of most exhaust systems of 2,5in tubing are too wide for the performance of approx 190HP?
Maybe offer 2-3 Hp more at the top end, but loses considerable torque at middle and low rpm range.
What you people think?

2.5inch all the way

look Fred, i changed the last few days the catalyst with a 200cell HJS. By mistake, they placed at the end of the catalyst a 2in tube! and go until it link up with the rest of the exhaust witch is build with a 2.5in tube.
I found out a significant increase of torque at the mid range. I thought that this increase was the 200cell.
Any way, i found out the sh1t they did with the 2in tube. Went back, after 3 or 4 days, they change it with a 2.5in. When i left the shop i immediately understood the lack of torque that i had beofore with the 2in, but much better with the oem catalyst.

and i said to my shelf Fuk... #%&$^%$

i don't Know man, have they test it a lot or....this just do the job fine!!!!

Right, i fitted it this evening.

Still needs a little adjustment at the back to get it sitting perfectly.

It took 2 of us 4 hours to do.

I wanted to run a couple of things by people, firstly the cat replacement only had one lamda hole so i put the front one in the hole and hung the 2nd one (rear) under the car with a couple of cable ties. this OK? do i need to protect the 2nd sensor from the weather, like wrap it in clingfilm or something?

It absolutely stinks of a kind of burning, i take it that that is normal while it beds in?
