Rear badge removal - quick Q

Hi all, sorry if this has been posted many times, just wanted to double check that my searches are correct.

Would like to remove the badges from my 172 52 plate

eg "renault" "sport" and "Clio"

my search said that the clio badge on the right has holes into the boot lid. but the other two badges on the left are just stuck on. is that correct?

dont want to pull them off to reveal holes.

the clio you have issue with


there is 2 dimples behind it

others should just come off

the renault sport one comes off with a hairdryer and a credit card. The clio one as said will leave holes, so you'd need them filling and a boot respray

use a hairdryer and some dental floss (safer than a c/card) might need a bit of glue and tar remover afterwards but the clio one wll leave 2 holes if you remove it

the clio badge comes off by removing the boot plstic and popping the badge out that way. ive done it, piece of piss.

Mk2 Ph1 have holes behind both badges, how do you take the front renault diamond off?

Just pops off. Its got 3 pins that hold in it
