Rear brakes non responsive

Hi. Recently changed drivers handbrake cable as had snapped during mot. Now i have no response from rear brakes. Anyone any idea as to why. All i did was loosen cable, unclipped and replaced with new cable then tightened back up.

Hand brake works fine its the foot pedal thats non responsive

Open up a bleed screw on the back and pump the brakes to see if you are getting fluid
