rear bumper help

Hey ive just gone and bought a ph2 rear bumper for my ph1 as i was told they are a straight swap but ive come home and tried to picture the bumper on the car and the screws are in different places :S they dont join up :S

What do i do

i noticed this funnily when cleaning a mates Ph2, thought the spacing of the bolts was slightly different, strange as i have read many times of people fitting the Ph2 bumper with ease.

Yeah there are only 2 bolts whereas the ph1 has 4 nd the 2 centre ones dont even line up with the ones on the ph1 :S what do II do do i sell it or what?
