Rear coilover spring lenght and weight

What would you recomend as a rear spring rate and length for a tarmac rally car.

i have a set of coilovers which use the standard spring location

Do you mean you've got height adjusters for the rear springs fitted inbetween the body and the rear axle??

yup, i have. the ones on at the minute are to short
