Rear disc replacement

I can't see anything when I searched so thought I'd ask instead.

What tools do I need to change the rear discs? Has somebody done a thread on replacement of them?

Nothing special, Metric sockets, one big socket 30mm.? I think, for the hub nut, torque wrench. There were lots of threads on this job last Autumn.
