Rear exhaust hanger

Hi, just bought a 172 mk1 complete with a mongoose exhaust, trouble is it seems the exhaust is to heavy for the hanger, is there any replacement which will take the weight better? or can something be done to adapt the current one?

powerflow can make a custom bracket. otherwise alot of people have used a ford hanger on their magnex's
