Rear exhaust mount

Hi, does anyone know of a rear exhaust mount for a 172 that doesn't fall to bits after 5 miles? Does anyone have a link or info of a aftermarket improved one? Maybe a solid type? Thanks guys

BTM have developed a new one for the 172, I have one on order, it should be much better than the standard one.

I've covered 187000 miles and replaced mine once. You must all be rallying or something.

lol i have a ktec system on mine done less than 500 miles on new mounts they are on there arse ! and i drive like a f*nny !! mounts are cheap crap thats the prob after market and renault ! i wedged a half cut normal exhaust rubber under the bottom of the rubber and cabled tied ! bit yeehaw i know but they dont half do your box it !!

I've decided to make my own using the standard mount an fill the rubber with tigerseal leaving only the hole in the middle for the exhaust hanger to slide through. 5min job, looks a proper job and works a treat. Thanks for replies guys.
