Rear fog lights

I have a mk1 clio sport and my mot is due later,

I have checked all my lights but only one fog light is working on the right hand rear side...

should i have 2 working or is there only one fog light?

should have 2. all lights fitted must work.

Mines the same only the right one works. Never had any probs with MOT, although mine has Phase 2 lights but there is still a bulb in each side.

Should be 1 or 2 rear fogs on a mk1? Are they part of the main lighting block? Someone must know!
