Rear lights.

Brake light on the passenger side has stopped working.. But the brake bulb looks to be as one with the normal rear lights bulb. Would this be a faulty connection somewhere or are there indeed 2 fillaments in the on bulb. In which case, would Renault be the best port of call or has anyone got them elsewhere quicker ?

if the bulb has'nt blown id say check the wiring the plug that plugs into the light unit itselft i had problems with mine fog lights indicating brake lights not working i unplugged mine and the electric terminals were
corroded in rust so i cleaned them and sprayed some wd40 on them as its a moisture repellent and it seems to have done the trick worked fine ever since may not be whats up with yours but id say have a look i know a few other peoples clios thats have done the same it seems they just get moisture in and corrode the terminals .
