Rear seats rattling

Does anyone with a mk1 have rattling rear seats?

Have you gotten it fixed? I was thinking of using that padded tape stuff to build up a soft layer to stop the rattles.

Mine have always rattled, around the hinges I think. Hence Ive finally done what I always said I would - taken them out PERMANENTLY
